Baby Well Rested Consultation $405 recommended for babies 6-30 months
While we can customize this package to fit your needs, this package is geared to parents with infants that are having trouble learning the skill of independent sleeping. They may have trouble falling asleep at bedtime, wake multiple times in the night, cannot go to sleep without a feed, have trouble self soothing, or are not napping well. This package is also for parents who co-sleep and want to transition baby to their own crib or teach sleep independence while still co-sleeping.
Package includes:- 1.5 hour consultation via Google Meet, FaceTime or by phone. - 6 - 20 to 30 minute follow-up phone calls- Email correspondence -360 degree review, including medical, development and sleep history. - Review of sleep education as it relates to your child's age, developmental stage and sleep needs.- Clarify family sleep and feeding goals and preferences- You'll walk away from the consultation with a customized step-by-step plan that takes into consideration your child's needs as well as your family values and parenting styles.
